Returns
Thank you for your purchase at The Bag Boutique . We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple returns policy.
Please inspect the items upon receipt. If there are any damages or defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim.
Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.
The product must be in the same condition as it was received, including all original labels and packaging.
Please contact our customer service via info@thebagboutique.nl . Please include your order number so we can assist you as best as possible.
Always include the return address on the package; returns should be sent to the address provided in your return instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please be sure to keep your tracking code when returning an item. This way, we can track the status of your package. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days .
The refund will be made via the original payment method.
Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs of your original order.
